My love of preparing food for others is founded on my experience as a professional chef, private chef, restaurant owner and mother. I have been fortunate to have practiced this art with well-established chefs and mentors, learning that the experience of eating can bring wonderful memories.

The food is prepared with love and inspiration taken straight from my soul. The menus are full of fresh yet heartwarming cuisine discovered during my culinary travels including Nashville, Miami, California, Colorado, Wyoming, Phoenix, and my home state of Montana. I have over 35 years of culinary experience.

I have extensive experience in cooking for special diets: low sodium, low fat, diabetic, sugar busters, vegetarian &; all international cuisines


With this experience, I cook to awaken the senses and passions, to share this joy with those around me. I share my passion for fresh food with others through my cooking. I enjoy a very healthy lifestyle and create nutritious meals that reflect that joy.
